chore(supporters): 구조 기준선 갱신 — 한국어 페이지 헤더의 언어 스위치 승인 (haewon)

/en/stay 로 가는 길을 만들려고 Base.astro 에 언어 스위치를 넣으면서 한국어 페이지
헤더 구조가 바뀌었고, 게이트가 LAYOUT_CHANGED 로 잡고 있었다. haewon 승인 후
--update-layout 으로 기준을 갱신했다.

/index.html 266 → 269 · /posts/anesthesia-choice.html 223 → 226 · /posts.html 250 → 252
셋 다 늘어난 것은 div.langswitch 와 그 안의 KO/EN 링크다.

경고 26건 → 23건. 남은 것은 이전부터 있던 DISCLOSURE_TOP_MISSING 18건과
NUMERIC_NO_QUALIFIER 5건이다.
